Our Mission

To provide leaders with on-site support, professional development, school-wide coaching, ongoing data reviews and to walk alongside leaders as true partners — never evaluators — equipping them with the clarity, confidence, and strategies to transform schools and organizations from the inside out.

 

We achieve our mission through four key actions:

  1. Leadership development that optimizes growth and develops capacity.

  2. Individualized on-site support from the L.E.A.N. team.

  3. Research-based support for engagement practices (curriculum, collaborative planning, data analysis, leadership development) and networking strategies to increase resources and partnerships.

  4. Ongoing data reviews and progress monitoring to ensure organizational goals stay on track.

The L.E.A.N. team provides both on-site and virtual support to leaders and teams and work “as school team members” to model, demonstrate, and progress monitor all efforts toward success. We are a knowledgeable, expert team that provides services with a “hands-on” approach and methodology. Leaders and their teams learn by participating and watching our methods and practices in the context of their schools. It is an individualized learning experience inside their learning environment.
