Dr. Primas was the DC Teacher of the Year in 2000, crafted and facilitated three Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grants, serves as the Director or Literacy, adjunct professor, Change Facilitator for the DC Public School System, and is highly recognized for her work in academics, national conference presentations, global partnerships, and community affiliation across the country.
